James Madewell
James Madewell is a seasoned automotive expert with over 25 years of hands-on experience in the industry. His journey into the world of mechanics began during high school in Winter Garden, FL, where he developed a keen interest in the trades. As a hobby, James spent his free time working on race car motors for drivers at hobby and semi-pro tracks near Orlando, FL, fueling his passion for automotive craftsmanship.After graduating, James delved into the automotive industry, starting as a tire technician and quickly rising through the ranks due to his ambition and dedication. His first job out of high school laid the foundation for his career, providing invaluable experience and guiding him towards his true calling.
In 1997, James and his family relocated to Brewton, AL, where he joined a local dealership as a garage technician specializing in Ford and Dodge repairs. Over the years, he expanded his expertise, by advancing through different positions at several area dealerships, and obtaining titles such as Shop Foreman and Service Manager. From routine maintenance to complete engine rebuilds, James's meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence earned him recognition and respect within the industry.
Driven by a desire to offer unparalleled service to his community, James took the leap and opened his own shop, E&S Automotive, in 2023. Named after his daughters, E&S Automotive is a family-owned and operated business dedicated to providing top-notch auto repair solutions to Brewton, AL, and surrounding areas.
